yogi
It’s a basic yoga move called a prayer squat and you should be doing it once an hour if you have a desk job. Here’s what you do: stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and angled out a little bit.  Then slowly bend your knees, and squat down as low as you can without lifting your heels off the ground. You’re also supposed to keep your back as straight as possible. Then put your hands together like you’re praying, and press your elbows against the insides of your knees. Apparently, the position helps to strengthen your legs, open your hips, stretch your Achilles and your groin at the same time, and it’s quite good for your lower back.
